Venue and Accommodation

The Organisers have reserved a number of hotel rooms (dus - for 1 pax - and double) at special price for Conference participants (see following table):

Accommodation

These hotels are situated mainly in the centre of Salerno; Mediterranea Hotel is far from the centre. A free shuttle bus will be available from the hotels to the congress venue and vice versa. If the hotel you requested is fully booked by the time your form arrives, the Congress Secretariat will do its best to reserve for you another hotel.

If you need higher or lower (two stars - youth hostel) accommodation as well as special requirements, please contact : GIALPI T.O incentive@gialpitravel.com .

Please download and fill out the Hotel_Booking_Form.zip and send it together with a copy of the bank transfer to GIALPI T.O by letter, fax + 39 081 8726628 or email incentive@gialpitravel.com.

HOTEL RESERVATION

Due to the great demand for hotel rooms in Salerno during the period of the Conference, an early hotel reservation is necessary.

HOTEL CONFIRMATION

To confirm the hotel reservation, please fill in the hotel booking form carefully and forward it to GIALPI T.O by letter, fax + 39 081 8726628 or e-mail incentive@gialpitravel.com, by and no later than July 31.

HOTEL CANCELLATION

Cancellation have to be made in writing to GIALPI T.O by fax + 39 081 8726628 or by email incentive@gialpitravel.com. For cancellation received from 2 August to 31 August the rate of the 1st night will be deducted per each room booked. For cancellation received from 1 Sept. the full stay will be charged at full rate.

If requested in your hotel booking form, the Organizing Secretariat will also arrange a private transfer from Naples International Apt to Hotels and vice versa. The cost is Euro 120,00 per car (1-3 pax).

Bank Transfer: Please send a copy of the bank transfer together with the registration and hotel booking form. A unique bank transfer has to include payment for the registration and hotel reservation.
