Hotel confirmation:
To confirm the hotel reservation, please fill in the hotel booking form
carefully and forward it to Capri Eventi by fax + 39 081 8375417 or by email
patrizia@caprieventi.com no later than 31 May.
Hotel cancellation:
Cancellation have to be made in writing to GIALPI T.O by fax + 39 081 8726628 or by email
patrizia@caprieventi.com.
For cancellation received from May 1st to June 15 the rate of the 1st night will
be deducted per each room booked. For cancellation received from 15 June. the full
stay will be charged at full rate.
If requested in your hotel booking form, the Organizing Secretariat will
also arrange a private transfer from Naples International Apt to Hotels and vice versa.
The cost are:
1 person Euro 100,00
2 persons Euro 85,00
3 persons Euro 80,00
4 persons Euro 75,00
From 5 to 8 persons Euro 70,00
The prices are per person, per way and include: Multilanguage hostess for airport
assistance; Private car with driver to the port; Hydrofoil transfer;
Transportation of luggages (2 pieces er person, extra piece Euro 9,00);
Multilanguage hostess on the port of Capri; Cable car or taxi transfer
from the port to the center of Capri or Anacapri; Vat and taxes.
Bank Transfer:
Please send a copy of the bank transfer together with the registration
and hotel booking form with your credit card number as guarantee of the reservation made.
